Cougar Creek & Avens

This area is situated on the North Side of the valley which is commonly referred to as the Sunny Side. Cougars Creek and Avens is very popular with families due to its close proximity to Elizabeth Rummel Elementary School, various playgrounds, cafes, and restaurants such as local favorite The Summit Café. In addition, this neighborhood is close to one of Canmore’s many off leash dog parks and numerous hiking and biking trails.
